This is simply a test page. The usual entry for 11 August is below.
I'm experimenting with using Rumble as a platform for videos, as it allows them to be viewed in higher quality than with YouTube, where many of my videos are completely ruined by heavy compression and come out so pixelated as to be almost unviewable.
Here is a YouTube video I posted earlier:

Please don't expect perfection here, as I deliberately chose a very technically difficult video with rippling water in the background, which eats up bandwidth. Videos with simpler backgrounds come out much better. But the quality is higher with Rumble.
However, I still have a problem. If you click on the small window on this page to enlarge the video, with YouTube you get a full screen view. If you try this with Rumble, you don't -- despite my attempts to write HTML code to that effect. I'm taking this up with the people at Rumble, who are being very helpful, and this page is part of our attempt to solve the problem.
